1. What Are The Documents I Will Require To Hire RCR?

To avail our services compulsary documents are valid driving license with no endorsement for last 2 years and valid aadhaar card or any other id proof. Originals will be verifed before delivery of vehicle. Your booking is subject to cancellation if originals are not produced at the time of delivery.

2. Are The Security Deposit Included In Rent?

No. Security deposit are exclusive of rental charges which has to be paid at the time of pick up of the vehicle. Rental charges includes rent for the period + pick and drop charges and govt. Taxes

3. What Is Security Deposit Policy?

As per RCR refund policy Rs.3000/- is being collected at the start of your rental period by our associate through QR Code/ Google pay/ NEFT/Cash and same is refunded back to your account when your rental period ends.

4. Who Will Pay For The Challans, Fines, Parking Fees And Tolls?

The hirer/renter is the sole responsible for all the above charges arrising in the period of his hire. As and when fines are produced same will be intimated to you and necessary charges will be collected.
