You can hire RCR self drive cars if you are 21 years old holding a valid driving licence with minimum 2 years of driving experience.

What Are The Documents I Will Require To Hire RCR Self Drive Car?

To avail our services compulsary documents are valid driving license with no endorsement for last 2 years and valid aadhaar card or any other id proof. Originals will be verifed before delivery of vehicle. Your booking is subject to cancellation if originals are not produced at the time of delivery.

Pricing Policy

All Rates are on per day basis.
First minimum 2 days booking rate will be applicable.
Our day calculation is from 9am to next day 9am.
All the PAYMENT(Car rent + Pickup and delivery charges + Security deposit) has to be done in advance on the first day of renting the car.

Terms & Conditions

Rates are applicable on calendar day basis. Extra hour charges full day rate will be applicable.
The renter is responsible for the cost of petrol.
Driving licence should be minimum 2 years old. A photocopy of the driving licence must be submitted at the time of car rental.
A deposit of Rs. 3000/- will be collected in advance, in case of higher end models the deposit amount may vary. All cost associated on account of damage/ scratch to the car or theft of any accessories, to be borne by the renter.
If a major accident occurs, repair cost and garage downtime will have to be borne by the renter. Minor, Major and Accident repairs will be carried out only with the Authorized Dealers.
If the car is not clean at the time of return, additional Rs.300/- will be charged as washing charges.
We are open 24 Hours.
The car can be delivered / picked up at extra charge depending on the location.
Booking to be done category wise. Specific car model cannot be guaranteed.
Cars are subject to availability
Ask for additional long duration discounts.
Photography by climbing on roof top, bonnet of the vehicle is strictly prohibited, if found the security deposit will not be refunded and Take legal Action.
Tariff mentioned above is not applicable in the month of December.
Car are strictly not allowed to be driven on the beaches in Goa, it is an offence as per the Rules.
The vehicle should not be taken outside Goa, as per RTO rules, if done all the fine and additional charges will have to be paid.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee (25% of total charges) will be applicable in case the booking is cancelled 48 hrs before the car pickup time. Cancellation are not allowed within 48 hrs of the car pickup time. No refund will be given in case of No Show Reservations.
Booking can be cancelled through call,Whatsapp Message Or Email.

Notes:No cancellations are entertained for car bookings on special occasions like Dussehra, Ganesh Chathurthi, Diwali, X’ Max, New Year etc. As these are limited occasion offers, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

To request a refund against cancellation. Once a booking cancellation request is initiated, the refund will be processed and will reflect in your account within 7 days of cancellation. Refund will be processed through the same mode of payment used to make the booking. Once the cancellation is initiated, you can inform us on info@rapidcarrentalingoa.in with the booking Details provided at the time of the booking.
